Blue Top from the Old Dairy Brewery

Inspired by the famous India Pale Ales brewed in the 18th century.

East Kent Golding, Challenger and Fuggle hops combine to deliver a lovely light bitter caramel flavour. We find this goes particularly well with Chilli and Szechuan food, and the flavour stands up well to even very spicy dishes.
